RETURNS

We allow returns on paddles purchased from adipickleball.com to be returned within 15 days of original purchase date for a full refund. Paddle must not be broken/damaged due to user error.

In the event that you don't like the paddle or changed your mind, we do ask that you just cover the shipping to return the item. Paddle returns will not be accepted for regripped/extensively modified paddles. Once you receive a confirmation of return from us, please package your paddle and include your full name/order number inside the package.

ADI Pickleball will not be held responsible for lost packages during the return process. We recommend that you get a tracking number for the package. Refund will be processed 24hrs from when the packaged is received.

WARRANTY

ALL  PADDLES WILL BE COVERED FOR 90 DAYS AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.
